Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nataliia Horik ("we", "us"), the operator of SiftBid, handles personal data. Contact: privacy@siftbid.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address and the alert preferences/filters you configure (skills, budget, keywords).
- Delivery identifiers — e.g. your Telegram chat ID or webhook URL, if you choose those channels, used solely to deliver your alerts.
- Usage data — basic logs (timestamps, feature usage, errors) to operate and improve the Service.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Paddle (see §4). We do not receive or store your card details.
2. How we use data
We use your data to provide the Service (match and deliver job alerts and analytics to you), to operate billing through Paddle, to communicate service updates, and to maintain security. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Job market data
The Service analyses publicly available job-posting information to generate market analytics and scores. This analysis is aggregated and used to power the product features described on our site. We do not build profiles of you for advertising.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, your billing information is collected and processed by Paddle under Paddle's Privacy Policy. We receive only the information needed to provision your subscription (such as your email and subscription status).
5. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, payment processing by Paddle, message delivery, and hosting/infrastructure providers), each acting under appropriate data-protection terms, or where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we delete your profile and personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@siftbid.com. You can also delete your account at any time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
9. International transfers
We and our processors may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
