How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
