These Terms are a contract between you and the operator of SiftBid: Nataliia Horik, an individual entrepreneur located at Shukhevycha 3, Lysynychi 79067, Ukraine, contact hello@siftbid.com (the "Operator", "we", "us"). This name and address must match exactly the details registered with Paddle.

1. The service

SiftBid ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for freelancers. The Service sends automated notifications about newly published jobs that match filters you choose, and provides automated analytics that score each job and the associated client based on publicly available information. The Service is fully automated software. We do not provide consulting, recruitment, or any human-delivered services.

2. Accounts

To use the Service you create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

The Service offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Standard") at US$10 per month (a discounted founding price may apply to early subscribers). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@siftbid.com; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Payment processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and payment, and is responsible for collection and remittance of applicable sales tax/VAT. Receipts and invoices are issued by Paddle.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to resell, redistribute, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

7. Data accuracy & no guarantees

The scores, analytics and alerts provided by the Service are automated estimates offered for informational purposes only. They are not advice and do not guarantee any outcome, including whether you will win any job. You are solely responsible for your decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Third-party platforms

SiftBid is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Upwork Global Inc. or any other platform referenced by the Service. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
